Covenant Pastures
Covenant Pastures is a small family farm nestled in the foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada mountains. We offer grass-finished beef, pastured pork and pastured eggs. Our pastures are managed using Allan Savory’s “Holistic Management” principles. Our philosophy is “Beyond Organic” following Joel Salatin’s model.
