Ellett Valley Beef Co. is a small, family farm in the mountains of Southwest Virginia near Blacksburg. We have raised beef cattle continuously since 1975. Our mission is to produce healthy, tasty grass-finished beef in a responsible, sustainable fashion, and to produce quality Red Devon seedstock cattle.
