A newly starting 35 acre regenerative operation that is taking a mono-crop under utilized acreage and transforming into a environmentally and culturally sustainable agricultural property. The property is also part of a larger conservation easement that includes agricultural acres, old growth forest, wetlands, archeological/heritage sites and wildlife corridor spaces. The conservation easement has the purpose of preservation of the past, while educating the present, for the benefit of the future. Residences available for rent to participate in regenerative agriculture education and workshops.
