Lowland Farm

Lowland Farm raises grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pastured pork on verdant farmland in the Hudson Valley. Our cows are mixed breeds, including Angus, Hereford, and Devon. They spend their entire lives out of doors, eating grass exclusively, without antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones. We began raising beef seven years ago and are beginning to see the results of our high density rotational grazing in improved soil, organic matter and fertility – and in excellent beef.
