400 Acre ranch outside of Corsicana, Texas. We raise beef, lamb, goat, broiler chickens and layers. We finish all of our animals on grass alone, supplementing free choice minerals as needed and sell directly to consumer. We rotate our animals daily with mobile poly-wire electric fencing. Our sheep, goats and cattle are all managed in a single herd and our chickens follow three days behind. Our broilers are moved to their chicken tractors at three weeks when their feathers have come it. We emphasize our soil health and focus on our grazing managment obsessively, following the teachings of Allan Savory and others.
