Our mission is to use ethical and regenerative methods to create a beautiful place and beautiful food that help people get in touch with their senses and think in new ways. We began planting mainly tart cherries and hazelnut trees a few years ago, and surrounding these with herbs, berries, perennial flowers, mushrooms, and more. We haven't started the certification process yet, but we use only organic and no-till practices.
