Sustainable livestock and vegetable production. SAFFIRE FARM is a 120-acre Middle Tennessee family farm producing exceptional grass-fed and finished beef, lamb, goat and delicious garden vegetables. We manage our land and livestock with gentleness focusing on healthy soils, animals, and biome. We offer tender and delicious beef and lamb that is high in omega-three and conjugated linoleic acids and perfectly finished on natural pasture grasses, legumes, forbs and dry and ensilaged winter forages.
