Salazar Natural Meats is the marketing branch for livestock on the Salazar Ranch, one of the oldest family owned ranches in Colorado. We have been ranching in the picturesque San Luis Valley for 6 generations. Currently, we raise grassfed, organic certified beef with principles of conservation and sustainability in mind. We are grassfed certified by the American Grassfed Association (AGA) and organic certified by the USDA.
