Swift Level Land And Cattle

Our Angus steers are born "across the fence" on our neighbor's farm where we watch them grow and play with their herd on free pasture grazing and hay. They come "through the gate" to us at 10–12 months of age where we finish them on the same familiar grasses until they have naturally matured to their individual finished weight, between 20–27 months. The steers move about freely on well managed pastures, have abundant flowing clean spring water, and are supplemented only with organic kelp and necessary supported minerals for balanced health.
