Thistle Creek Farms

Thistle Creek Farms is a 5th generation family farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We raise contented beef cattle and sheep (lamb) roaming outdoors all their lives. Our cattle are moved to a new smorgasbord of grasses and clovers every day. Our beef is raised on high quality grasses sourced from the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland and New Zealand, and Romania.
